This recipe is absolutely perfect, for all you Nutella lovers out there. The taste is absolutely gorgeous, I promise you. And yet again the recipe is very easy, all your loved ones will remember this treat for a long time.
First of all you will need to bake chocolate cupcakes.
For Nutella frosting you will need:
- 200g Nutella
- 200 g softened butter
Also you will need a raspberry jam and optionally some fresh raspberries.
When the cupcakes are ready let them cool down. Next step is really fun using a knife or an apple corer remove the centre part of a cupcake (as shown in the picture).
Using a piping bag (if you don’t have use a small spoon) fill up the whole with the jam. In a mixing bowl beat up butter first, until it becomes very pail and then add Nutella, give it a good mix. You can pipe frosting any way you like swirl, bloop or just spread it. To give it a finished look decorate it with a fresh raspberry. Enjoy!
